BT Fleet operate the second largest fleet of vehicles in the UK, supporting the emergency services, utilities businesses, and the public and private sectors to name a few.
We were approached by BT Fleet to present UX/UI design thinking for combining their online fleet systems, with the aim of designing one integrated digital platform – the convergence of multiple systems, delivering a consistent, brilliant look and feel throughout.
BT had eight different customer-facing products to be consolidated into one single-access platform providing a consistent user experience.
As a result of user persona studies, UX research and design thinking workshops we worked through an iterative process of designing visual prototype.
As a first stage prototype, what we provided was an evolution of responsive UI design to work across desktop and mobile platforms – allowing BT Fleet to present their future ‘mobile future’ vision to their customers and the wider business.
