The Challenge
Pin Point Healthcare commissioned us to design a CRM for their staff and clients. The CRM had to be compatible with both desktop and mobile devices.
The Solution
We designed a fully responsive CRM and Shift Roster. We focused on functionality such as advanced search, dynamic activity timeline, media attachments, notes, and shift rosters for staff while working through user personas and user journeys.
