The Challenge

Standby Healthcare approached us with a request to create a robust CRM system that would provide their staff with instant access to their daily and weekly rosters while facilitating real-time communication for changes and updates. Our primary objective was to seamlessly integrate the CRM system with the payroll process, which required the digitisation of timesheets by staff and electronic approval by client accounts.

In addition, the CRM system had to work harmoniously with their onboarding application form, dynamically generating comprehensive staff profiles and effectively referring candidates for compliance purposes. This holistic approach aimed to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless communication and compliance throughout Standby Healthcare’s staffing processes.

The Solution

Through close collaboration with the Standby Healthcare team, we embarked on the design and development of a comprehensive CRM solution using React.js technology. This cutting-edge platform was meticulously crafted to ensure full responsiveness across a wide range of devices, enabling seamless access for users.

Within the CRM, we incorporated a robust framework that catalogued various essential components, including staff accounts, client accounts, rate cards, media attachments, notes, and jobs. This centralised system empowered staff to conveniently populate their availability and gain a clear view of their daily and weekly rosters. By integrating these functionalities, we aimed to streamline scheduling processes, enhance communication, and provide an intuitive and efficient experience for Standby Healthcare’s workforce.
