About the Founders

NE6 was founded in the heart of the Ouseburn on Newcastle’s quayside by North East duo Steven Gibbons and Steven Symonds.

After collaborating in the creative sector for over ten years, the pair decided to launch their own digital products agency. A fast-paced start resulted from the combination of technical, creative, and commercial expertise. A journey that has seen the team relocate from the NE6 postcode to offices in Jesmond and now into the city centre in order to expand and attract the best talent possible.

Who We Are

We are a collective of passionate digital product creators who put problem solving first. Many digital products have come to life as a result of our skills and experience. Since the early days of building websites, we have quickly expanded into a variety of digital products that include websites, applications, and software.

Agile methodologies come naturally to us; as collaborators, we have the freedom to experiment and dedicate our full attention to solving our clients technical problems.

We promote an environment in which our colleagues can test their abilities by taking risks, inspiring and challenging one another, and devoting time to getting everything just right.
